The product MOQ is dependent on the product, materials and manufacturing processes involved. For cosmetic products, there is also MOQ for each formulation. However, generally speaking the MOQ is 2000~5000pc per product color. This MOQ is negotiable when we might be able to use shared parts or components of a product; or share the formulation across different products; or combine production with other current orders. For anhydrous products (such as lip balm, lip gloss), the shelf life is 36 months. For hydrous formulations (such as hand cream, body gel), the shelf life is 12 months. We perform stability testing on all our formulations to verify the aforementioned shelf life. Another noteworthy indicator is the PAO or Period After Opening, the period of time the product can be used after it is opened, indicated by the “open jar” symbol. The PAO for anhydrous products is 24M. The PAO for hydrous formulations is 6M.

Orders are generally made to order, in which case the lead time is approximately 30 days or more. If you have an urgent order, please contact us directly to work out a solution for you.

Payment term is 30% deposit by T/T upon order, and balance against copy of shipping documents by T/T. For new customers we require 50% deposit by T/T.
