For anhydrous products (such as lip balm, lip gloss), the shelf life is 36 months. For hydrous formulations (such as hand cream, body gel), the shelf life is 12 months. We perform stability testing on all our formulations to verify the aforementioned shelf life. Another noteworthy indicator is the PAO or Period After Opening, the period of time the product can be used after it is opened, indicated by the “open jar” symbol. The PAO for anhydrous products is 24M. The PAO for hydrous formulations is 6M.

Payment term is 30% deposit by T/T upon order, and balance against copy of shipping documents by T/T. For new customers we require 50% deposit by T/T.

Yes, we love animals and don’t perform animal testing on our products. Upon request, we will screen each ingredient to make sure the source is free from animal-derivatives and also not tested on animals.
